He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Polk (Tameca) of Loreauville, LA and Delonda Davis of New Iberia, LA; his sisters, Vanessa A. Zepherin (Willie), Marie Yolanda Green (Ronald) of Loreauville, LA and Mary Odessa Broussard of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Joshua Polk, Jaxon Polk, Ryen Polk of Loreauville, LA, Amori Malveaux of Saint Martinville, LA, Grant August, Jr. and Saniyah Defils of New Iberia, LA; his godchildren, Abi Gail Knatt and Rhonda Jean-Batiste; and his sisters-in-law, Ida Antoine and Millie Antoine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
