He is survived by: his parents, Kent Powell and Kathy Powell; his children, Natalie Leal, Marion Bayuelo (David), Paolina Perez, Rafael Perez and Ryan Powell (Brenda); his siblings, Jeff Powell, Julie Comeaux (Cory) and Jared Powell (Kaylen); his grandchildren, Izak, Isabella, Julian, Aria, Leo, Joshua, David, Katerina and Rosa; and his nieces and nephews, Angelle, Connor, Ace and Aria.
