He is survived by: his children, Tre'breyian Jacquet of New Iberia, LA, Jaxon Oliver of New Iberia, LA, Arieona Brooks of New Iberia, LA, Keshawndra Reed of New Iberia, LA, Skylar Brooks of New Iberia, LA, Averie Comeaux of New Iberia, LA, Jekalyn Brooks of New Iberia, LA and Allie Comeaux of New Iberia, LA; his stepdaughters, Johneisha Johnson of New Iberia, LA and Jalecyah Etienne of New Iberia, LA; his close friend Keisha Harrison of New Iberia, LA; his parents, Preston Brooks (Josephine) of New Iberia, LA and Josephine Lewis of New Iberia, LA; his siblings, Jolene Brooks of New Iberia, LA and Johnathan Brooks of New Iberia, LA; and his grandmother Regina J. Brooks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
