He was predeceased by: his wife Pilar Blasco Martinez; his parents, Miguel Ismael Martinez and Juana Rosa Ramirez; and his sister Yolanda Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Jorge G. Martinez of New York City and Pillie Martinez Morrison (David Morrison) of New Orleans; his grandchildren, Celina G. Morrison and Benjamin D. Morrison; his niece Lupe Lamadrid of Baton Rouge; his nephew Victor Lamadrid (Mandy); and his great-nephews, Javier, Tomas, Rafael and Luis of Houston.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (2514 Old Jeanerette Rd, New Iberia, LA 70563). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (2514 Old Jeanerette Rd, New Iberia, LA 70563).
