He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Goat" Love Norris, Jr. and Elzie Ashley Norris; and his brother Harry Norris. He is survived by: his wife Frances Ronsonet Norris; his sons, John Love Norris IV and Luke Charles Norris; his grandchildren, John "Finn" Love Norris V and Jude "Juju" Marguerite Norris; and his niece Melinda "Mindy" Norris.
