She is survived by: her husband Donald W. Derise; her children, Donald M. Derise of Lydia, Kevin J. Derise of Scott, Brian T. Derise (Crystal) of Lydia, Clint A. Derise (Terri) of New Iberia, Blake A. Derise of Lydia, Kory Derise (Joann) of Broussard and Tiffany A. Derise (Stanley) of New Iberia; and her brothers, Kirby P. Hebert (Gracie) of New Iberia and Daniel A. Hebert (Maureen) of New Iberia. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-six great-grandchildren.
