It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freddie McDonal Clary of New Iberia, Louisiana, born in Monette, Arkansas, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Alex McDonal and Selma Lee Burnett McDonal; her husband Earl Donald Clary (Don); her sister Patsy McDonal Rogers; and her brothers-in-law, Norris Rogers and Charles Gary Clary.

She is survived by: her children, Mac Donald Clary (Shirlene) of New Iberia and Dr. Renee Clary of Starkville, MS; her grandchildren, Nikki LeGlue (Travis) of New Iberia, Megan Guillory (Chris) of New Iberia, Shawn Boudwin (Megan) of Houma, Bryanna Shannon of Dallas, TX, Morgen Miller (Cole Johnson) of Chicago, IL, Mallory Miller of Broussard, Maddox Miller (Cassandra) of New Iberia, Mason Miller of Broussard, Michael Godley and Dr. Mary Kathryn Godley (Rylan Moore) of Broussard; and her sister Sondra Hardman. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
