She was predeceased by: her former husband Dr. Edgar A. O'Rear, Jr.; her husband Matthew J. Fleming, Jr.; her parents, Julian Idzorek and Edith Stangl Idzorek; and her brother Julian Joseph Idzorek, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Catherine Anne Kwong, Margaret Anne Calcagni (John Calcagni), Dr. Edgar Allen O'Rear, III (Kathy O'Rear), Dr. Julian Joseph O'Rear (Holly O'Rear), Edith Mary Scott (Allen Scott) and Charlotte Josephine Koeniger (Mark Koeniger); and her grandchildren, Dr. Henry Mark Kwong, Jr., John Christopher Kwong, Carolyn Ruth Buracton, John Edgar Calcagni, Sara Lindsey Richardson, Erika Anne Koeniger and Markus Andreaus Königer. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
