She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Bonin and Valerie Simoneaux Barrilleaux; her husband Eric Romero Sr.; her grandson Bryce Dupuis; her great grandchild Omi Luke Viator; and her siblings, Susan Clark (Neil) and Kirby Bonin.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Massie (Raymond), Seret Henry (Randy), Sonny Dupuis, Todd Dupuis (Mandy) and Reed Romero Sr. (Cody); her stepchildren, Lynell Romero, Raquel Gros (Chad), Eric Romero Jr. (Sandra), Kardell Romero (Julie) and Vanessa Landry (Chris); and her sister Linda Richard (Vance). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; and 52 great-grandchildren.
