He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernhardt Henry Treybig and Genevieve Bonin Treybig (New Iberia); his wife Linda Diane Hogan Treybig; his stepson Michael S. Klawinski; his brother Ben Treybig; and his brother-in-law Peter Kanwit.
He is survived by: his son Steven Treybig (Sonya); his stepson Bruce A. Klawinski; his daughter-in-law Tracy; his sister Gloria T. Kanwit; and his grandchildren, Noah Treybig, Kacy Klawinski and Joshua Klawinski.
His commitment to service extended beyond his career, as he donated blood five times per year for 25 years, contributing to the noble cause of saving lives. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, the American Heart Association, or the American Cancer Society, reflecting David's compassionate spirit and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
