He is survived by: his children, Joseph "Joey" Theriot (Jessica), Dr. Jordan Theriot and Danielle Theriot; his stepdaughters, Norma Jean Gallardo and Priscilla Gonzalez (Ronnie); his sister Shelley Hammond (Carl); and his significant other Margaret "Maggie" Ramirez. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
