He is survived by: his children, Curtis "Jeff" Barlow, Jr. (Daisy) of Baytown, TX and Lelia Denise Barlow-Austin (Tommie Williams, III) of Katy, TX; his stepchildren, Wilbert Simon, Jr. (Karen) of Freetown, LA, Wanda Simon King, Melissa Simon Compton (Marcus) of Carencro, LA, Melta Simon Captain (Michael), Lillian Stovall of Scott, LA, Alexes Simon Jones (Victor) of Lafayette, LA, Judy Simon of Alexandria, LA and Rose Simon of Jeanerette, LA; his grandchildren, Leeza Guzman, Madison Austin, Trevona English, Vance Adams, Marcus, Marquist Walker, Joshua Barlow and Demarcus Pennywell; his great grandchildren, Nathan Guzman and Vance Adams, Jr.; and his sisters, Louise Barlow Jefferson (David), Claudette Barlow Smith of New Iberia, LA, Judy Barlow of Lafayette, Iris Barlow Blair of Allen, TX and Vera Barlow Clavelle of New Iberia, LA. He is also survived by twenty-one step-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
