He is survived by: his wife Tina Marie Moore Derouen; his children, Brock Derouen, Jonathan Derouen (Erin Folse), Brandi Derouen Alleman (Jake), Bethani Landry (Drake), Brittani Stanley (Jeromey) and Brette Chauvin (Bobby); his grandchildren, Brynne Elizabeth Boudreaux, Sadie Claire Simar, Noah James Derouen, Hayden Joseph Derouen, Evan Gregory Green, Ava Victoria Alleman, Bayen Patrick Baranco, Brennen Louis Baranco, Brianna'Marie Derouen, Peyton Glen Stanley, Casen Gabriel Stanley, Gavyn Thomas Chauvin and Grace Lynn Chauvin; his sister Meda Derouen Stevens (George); and his godson Jimmy Anslem.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home (502 Jefferson Terrace, New Iberia, LA 70560). A prayer was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lydia Church (7219 Weeks Island Rd, New Iberia, LA 70560).
