She was predeceased by: her boyfriend Ronald James "Joe" Lopez; her son Isaac Cormier; her parents, Timothy Cormier and Bertha Gardner Cormier; her grandparents, Lucielle Simon Fuselier (Clarence Fuselier), Joseph Cormier, Junius Gardner and Birdie Davis Gardner; and her siblings, Virginia Bell, Mary Ann Roberts, Debra Wilken, Lucy Mae Cormier, Horrace, Vorrace Alexander and Albert Cormier.
She is survived by: her children, Taronsler "Faye" Cormier Butler (Eldridge) of Youngsville, LA, Eric Cormier (Tonia) of Rosenberg, TX, Reginald Cormier of Atlanta, GA and Ernest "Bob" Cormier, Sr. (Glenda) of Abbeville; her siblings, Tracy Harris of New Iberia, Steven Cormier, Sr. (Carolyn) of New Iberia, Wilbert Cormier of Lafayette, LA, Bertha Wright of New Iberia, Barbara Pommier of New Iberia, Terry Ann Chetham of Atlanta, GA and Stacey Harris of Greensville, MS; her nieces, Yashinka "Sheka" Patin of New Iberia, Tracie Nathan of New Iberia and Shirley Jones of Leesville, LA; and her godchildren, Rayshella Jones of Dallas, TX, Durelle Nathan of Lafayette, LA and Swanette Hill-Kracke of New Iberia, LA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
