It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Ray Snellgrove of New Iberia, Louisiana, born in Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Snellgrove and Goldie Curry Snellgrove; and his sister Evelyn Pontiff (Donnie). He is survived by: his wife Judy Guidry Snellgrove; his sons, Boyd (Mary Kay) and Chad (Stacey); his granddaughter Halee Snellgrove Maturin (Tyler); his great grandchild Brooks Carlos Maturin; his grandchildren, Grace, Mason and Maddox; and his siblings, Juanita Colletta (late Francis Colletta), Johnny Snellgrove (Norma) and Gary Snellgrove (Betty Jo).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Hospice of Acadiana or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
