He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn T. Bayard Sr. and Albert "Frenchie" Bayard Sr.; and his siblings, Tillman Tenney, Albert Bayard Jr. and Darlene Bayard Conrad.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis "Judy" Bayard of Lydia, Harry J. Bayard of New Iberia and Diane Bayard of California; and his goddaughter Carmelite Tilton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
