She is survived by: her children, Dr. Jay Hebert of Santa Cruz, Michelle Chustz of Lafayette, Courtney Phinney (Frank) of Zachary and Rebecca Hebert of Dallas; her grandchildren, Destin Hebert, Elijah Hebert (Eli), Gabriel Chustz (Gabe), Graham Phinney and Jack Phinney; and also Beth Bravender Hebert of New Orleans.
