He was predeceased by: his father Walter Dugan, Sr.; his brother Walter "Pokey" Dugan, Jr.; and his grandparents, Lloyd, Georgette Dugan and Maria Belaire (Wilfred).
He is survived by: his mother Paulette Zimmerman Dugan (Tommy); his daughters, Brandy Dugan Owens (Raven), Monica Dugan Romero (Nik) and Brittany Perez; his siblings, Aaron Dugan and Holly Delcambre (Scott); his grandchildren, Ripp Owens, Kamryn Gondran, Collin Gondran, Jaxon Romero, Natalie Baker, Aubree Baker, Alex Santiago, Abela Perez and Alaina Boudoin; his stepgrandchildren, Halle Bourque, Saige Romero, Kayla Lopez and Zae Romero; his nieces and nephews, Ethan Delcambre, Evan Delcambre Davanee Dugan, Kylie Devellier, Aaiken Dugan and Jillian Babineaux; and his stepsiblings, Derrick Poirrier, Taylor Poirrier, Kimberly Maturin (Ben) and Jamie Maturin (Anthony).
