She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Robin and Margaret Penn Robin; and her husband Donald Istre. She is survived by: her children, Lee Ellen (Keith Price), Lyn (Scott Leger) and Michael (Connie Stagg Istre); her grandchildren, Rebecca Price Hill (Brandon), Cassie Price Edwards (Nick), Logan Istre (Madeleine), Ethan Istre (Zoey) and Jenna Clement; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Wyatt Hill, Jaylyn, Graham and Owen Edwards.

“I just spoke to Barbara on Nov 14th - she called to see how I was doing after the passing of her sister & to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving. I'm truly heartbroken that she is gone, but as I told her when Margaret passed, it's not goodbye, it's just "see you later." She was a Beautiful Light to those fortunate enough to know her, but I know she's Dancing with Donald in Heaven ~ I loved her dearly & may she Rest in Eternal Peace. My love & prayers are with her family always.”
