Phelps; his brothers, Russell Eugene "Rusty" Phelps, Benjamin Louis "Benjie" Phelps and Jonathan Carroll "Jon" Phelps; and his uncle Carroll Lewis Phelps. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
