He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel P. Musselwhite and Edna Laura Trichel Musselwhite; and his siblings, Dannie Pearl Musselwhite, Millecent Musselwhite, Ida Mae Musselwhite, Robert Musselwhite, Sr. and Joseph G. Musselwhite.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Bordelon Musselwhite; his children, William R. Musselwhite, Elizabeth Musselwhite, Joseph Musselwhite (Janice), Faith Smith (Wayne) and Johnny DuBois (DeAnna); his sisters, Liz Quinten and Jean Davis (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Lasyone, Jacqueline Pulido, Johnny DuBois, III and Heather DuBois. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
