She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Franks and Mamie Franks (Lowring); her husband Robert Ray Waggoner, Sr.; her son Robert Ray Waggoner, Jr.; and her brother Daygo Franks.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Waggoner, Sr. (Marie) and Donna Waggoner; her grandchildren, Stephanie Holley (Lane), Steve Waggoner, Jr., William Bailey and Daniel Bailey; and her nephew Pat Franks. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
