With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sam Salim (Natchitoches, Louisiana), who passed away on April 9, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Joe; and his parents, Tony and Hatoun Salim. He is survived by: his daughter Kaye Yancey (Bill); his grandchildren, Donald Yancey (Shelly), Michael Yancey (Arlene), Patrick Yancey, Kristi Jeffcoat (Shawn) and Toni Salim; his great grandchildren, Brooke Freeman (Brad), Amanda, Shelby Yancey, Courtney, Cassidy Yancey, Emily and Allison Jeffcoat; his great great grandchild Belle Elaine Freeman; his great grandchildren, Garrett Yancey (Claire), Tyler Yancey, Preston Greer (Patrice) and Nicholas Stein; his great great grandchild Porter Greer; his family Sam; and his brother Malick. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
