She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlis Ward and Eula Booty Ward; her husband John DeMille; her former husband Floyd Edmoundson; her siblings, Lee Allen Ward, John E. Ward, Inez Harwell, Shirley Ann Ward and Joy Rodrigues; and her nephew Joshua Ward.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Ward (Shirley Nell) of Kurthwood, LA, Robert Ward (Frances) of Gilmer, TX, Michael Ward of Lotus, LA and Peggy Lindsey of Lotus, LA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bellwood Baptist Church (5498 LA-117, Provencal, LA 71468). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Bellwood Cemetery.
