He is survived by: his wife Bonnie LaCaze Lonkar; and his children, Richard A. Rachal (Shirley), Deborah Bell, Connie Bell Touchtone (Michael), Suzanne Rachal Moore, Penny Marie Lonkar and Amy Lonkar Rahm (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
