She is survived by: her children, Joshua Shaeffer (Taylor), Robert Hutson (Courtney), Richard Shaeffer, Kevin Patterson, Vera Day, Jeneen Shaeffer and Sheila Sepulvado; her grandchildren, Cassie Day, Heather Day, Jayme Day, Marcus Sutherlin, Cameron Raila, Gavin Raila, Alexis Sepulvado, Nicholas Sepulvado, Maddie Grace Shaeffer, Declan Hutson, Kaden Hutson and Patrick Patterson; her great grandchildren, Oliver Day and Jax Raila; her nephews, Robert B. Greer, III and Trey Gros; her niece Susan Gros; her great-niece Charlotte Mejia; her great-nephew Lucas Gros; and her aunt Francis.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home (848 Keyser Ave, Natchitoches, LA 71457). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Catholic Cemetery.
