We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2022, at the age of 72, Mary Vascocu of Natchitoches, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bennett and Jewel Bennett; her husband James C. Vascocu; her half-siblings, Elvis N., Sanford R. Bennett and Theresa DeBona (Frank); her grandson Justin R. Sweeney; her nephew Eric DeBona; and her siblings-in-law, Patsy Bennett and Arnold Fredrick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Lynn, Melissa Sweeney (Daniel) and Cyndi Weaver; her grandchildren, Tiffany Moran, Jonathan, Jessica, Jace and JoAnna Sweeney; her great grandchildren, Ryker, Mallorie Moran, Ryder Sweeney and Natalie Oxley (Sweeney); her siblings, Hubert, Albert Roy Bennett, Ann Tanner (Wayne) and Judy Morrow (Joe); her siblings-in-law, Rufus Vascocu (Toni) and Lois Bennet; her aunt Wilma Stephens; and her cousin Sharon Savage. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
