She is survived by: her husband James E Dodd; her daughters, Melanie Lowe (Jesse) and Terri Clements; her grandchildren, Andrew Lowe, John R Clements, Jr. and Shelby Napier (Justin); her great grandchild Brylee Napier; her brother Jimmy Welch (Loretta); and her brothers-in-law, Roland Dodd (Marilyn) and Alton Dodd (Sandra). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
