He was predeceased by: his father John Edward Ward; and his aunts, Joy Rodrigues, Shirley Ann Ward and Inez Harwell. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Bureau of New Mexico; his half-brothers, Robert and Travis Highbaugh of Vernon Parish; and his aunts and uncles, James Ward (Shirley Nell), Lee Allen Ward (Christine), Robert Ward (Francis), Michael Ward, Rosa DeMille and Peggy Lindsey. He is also survived by His uncles and aunts from the 10 Ward children, as well as his cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Josh's name may be made to Bellwood Baptist Church or to the Bellwood Cemetery Association.
