He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Fernandez Fernandez, and John Fernandez, Sr.; and his brother Jack Fernandez (Alma Fernandez). He is survived by: his children, Barbara Fontenot (Scotty) and John Fernandez, III; and his grandson Jayden Fernandez (Kandie Sardo).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home (848 Keyser Ave, Natchitoches, LA 71457). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
