He is survived by: his wife Billie Norsworthy; his brother Henry (Buddy); and his children, Susan Maggio Ewing (Surrey) of Montgomery, TX, Rhonda Maggio of Montgomery, TX, John Maggio, Jr. and Phillip Maggio.
