She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Foster Couvillion and Thelma Chidester Couvillion; and her husband John Levy Frederick. She is survived by: her sister Judith Anne; her sons, Alfred Luke Frederick (Lori) and Andrew Sydney Frederick; her grandson Jonathan Luke Frederick; and her sisters, Judith Couvillion Piker of Baton Rouge and Jacquelyn Couvillion Morrow of Mandeville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
