He was predeceased by: his wife Tina Tomasita of Washington; his parents, Melvina Baldwin and Paul of Washington; his siblings, Mary Ann Casson and Paul III of Washington; his great grandchild Ezra Overton; his son Robert Munoz; and his great great grandchild Adam Munoz.
He is survived by: his children, Devorah, Rhonda (Chris), Melissa, Jeremy (Precious), Omar (Tonya) and Ramsey (Windy); his sister Ollie Mae Ficklin of Natchitoches, Louisiana.; and his grandchildren, Tina, Victor, Joey, Michelle, Brittney, Toni, Maximus, Maxwell, Xavier, Ebonee, Diamante, Devante, Quran, Aayana, Kyler, Tomasita, Diana, Amir, Adtina, Nykki, Ty, Terre, Jazmin, Evan, Rakir, Ramzi, Chaz, Jayce, Christi, Robert, Idalia, Jose, Aniah, Mya (Chris), Meghan and Keegan.
