She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Ann Hayes Jacobs; her nephew Christopher Allen Jacobs; her son Michael Shawn Jacobs Sr. (Kayla); her stepmother Barbara Jacobs; her siblings, Glenda Jacobs (Robert), Danny Jacobs (Rose), Joe Cecil Jacobs Jr. (Callie) and Brad Jacobs; and her grandchildren, William Robertson, Michael Shawn Jacobs Jr., MaKenzie Jacobs, Tra'Miyah Vaughn and Kaedyn Vaughn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
