It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Pratt of Natchitoches, Louisiana, born in El Dorado, Arkansas, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Davis Moraell Norris; her children, Paul Allan Pratt (Brenda), Deborah Pratt Vogel, Mark Davis Pratt (Marcia), Richard Carlyle Pratt (Angie) and Pamela Pratt Cook; her grandchildren, Andrea Creswell, Amy Young, David Pratt, Matt Vogel, Julie Odom, Lauren Pratt, Adam Pratt, Alicia Mitchell, Carly Pratt, Caitlyn Pratt, Ray Cook and Nicholas Cook; her sister Gail Norris Green; her husband Paul Joshua Pratt (Papa Pratt); her parent Papa Norris; her brother William Moraell Norris (Uncle Joe); and her granddaughter Alicia Pratt Mitchell. She was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
