She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Johnson and Mabel Northcott Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Flack; her children, Jerry Flack, Jr. (Amanda) and Rebecca Aldridge (Casey); her grandchildren, Lilyanna, Natalya and David Flack (Charie); her great grandchildren, Saydee and Hazel; her grandchildren, Matt Flack (Stephanie), Kayne, Traylehn, Brantlie, Matilyn and Becky; her sister Beverly Blackmon; her grandsons, Steve Stewart (Susan) and Joseph Austin (Morgan); and also Telley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home (848 Keyser Ave, Natchitoches, LA 71457). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
