He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Puckett; his children, Roy Puckett, Jr., Craig Puckett (Lucina) and Denise Puckett Farace (Sam); his grandchildren, Eric, Leif, Elizabeth, Olivia, Steven, Madelyn, Emily, Seth, Crissy and Whitney; and his brother Ray Puckett (Marie).
