He is survived by: his wife Janie Byone; his children, Peggy (Chris), Kerry (Carolina) and Alisa (Jason); his grandchildren, Joseph D. Raggio (Hannah), Mallory Moran, Lauren Raggio (Matthew), Bradley Moran (Chanel), Kayla Raggio and Amiya Washington; and his sister Patricia Balthazar (Andrew). He is also survived by his wife, three children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
