He was predeceased by: his wife Gwendolyn Acosta Naquin; and his parents, Clifton Naquin Sr. and Dorothy Simoneaux Naquin. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Naquin (Keelie); his siblings, Clifton "C. J." Naquin Jr. (Catherine), Jackie Naquin Sr. (Mitzy), Larry Naquin (Barbara), Bobby Naquin (Wendy), Faith Delette (Lawrence), Joy Acosta (Clark) and Robin Bergeron (Robert); and his grandsons, Ryder and Brooks Naquin.
