He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Wiggins and Evelyn Wiggins; and his siblings, Larry, Russell, Bobby Wiggins, Sherrie Wiggins and Mary Jane Cargo.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Tucker Wiggins; his sons, Horace, Tyrone, Steven and Dewane Tucker; and his siblings, Dennis, Samuel Wiggins, Terry Ausama and Lillie Mae Wiggins. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
