She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Herbert and Shirley Herbert; her grandchild Nia Jones; and her father-in-law Rev. Levi Jones, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Levy Jones, Jr.; her children, Levy Jones, III, Kimatakaya, Ashantae and Chandra Jones; and her siblings, Craig Herbert (Sheena), Lisa H. Joseph, Bernadette Herbert, Deaderie Anderson, Erule Herbert and Barbara Herbert. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
