He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Carter Brown; his daughter Sonjetta Brown; and his parents, Gavita Brown and Famous Brown. He is survived by: his son Tyrone; his grandchildren, Blaise, Maci and Riley Brown; his siblings, Velma Johnson (Eugene), Ida Lee, Henry Brown (Rosetta) and George Brown (Linda); and his godchild Ra'Nya-Lynn Prean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
