He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae and Sam Scott. He is survived by: his children, James Scott, Jr. (Lisa), Daniel Scott, Maurice Scott (Yvette), Cordell Lovincy (Quinnisha), Grant Coleman (Natalie), Dinah Scott Cynthia Hudson (Charles) and Tanya Mitchell (Kurt); and his siblings, Tyrone Scott, Stanley Scott, Michael Muse, Joseph Watts, Diane Jacobs, Doris Scott, Doretha Scott, Annie Scott, Janice Muse, Cheryl Scott and Margaret Scott. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
