It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Brown of Napoleonville, Louisiana, who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Sr. Brown and Emma Parker Brown; his siblings, Dorothy B. Ingram, Hazel B. Livas, Lillian B. Smith, Gloria B. Carter, Issac Brown Jr., Calvin and Alfred Brown; his grandparents, Joseph, Alma Winslow Brown, Richard and Lillian Walker Parker; and his niece Rateisha M. Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Latoya Commenia (Maurio) of Baton Rouge, LA, Gregory Ingram of New York and Nathaniel Monroe (Latoya); his sister Isalee B. Johnson of Gray, LA; and his grandchildren, Jaliyah, Janiya and Keandre. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jones Funeral Home (230 S Hollywood Rd, Houma, LA 70360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Garden of Memories (3658 W Main St, Gray, LA 70359).
