He is survived by: his wife Lynn Crochet; his father Steve Seabolt; his siblings, Anthony "Marty" Beneditto (Tammy), Jeremy Crochet (Lisa), Greta Moore (Curtis), Brandi Alpha (Beau) and Danielle Richard (Lance); his parents-in-law, Johnny Carter and Ann Hooper; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Beneditto, Isaiah, Ja'Lah Nowlin, Jace May, Nicole Young, Henry, Jacy Moore, Destiny, Cayleb Alpha, Tyler Ishee, Draven Smith, Dexter, Haley Crochet, Mallory Pennison, Braden Landry and Colton Phillips.
