She was predeceased by: her parents, Holly Ween Carr and Simon Williams, Jr.; her grandparents, Ethel, Willie Carrr, Sr., Ophelia and Simon Williams, Sr.; and her brother-in-law Sonnie Ogiugo.
She is survived by: her husband Bartley Joseph Johnson; her daughter LaTasha Christina Lewis; and her sisters, Sabrina Ogiugo, Trulane Brown (Ernest, Sr.), Tonja Williams and Starlett Williams. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
