He is survived by: his wife Odile Guilfo Carter; his children, Keith A. Carter (Kris), Kevin A. Carter (Roberta) and Karen A. Arnold (Brian, Sr.); his grandchildren, Brian Arnold, Jr., Kristen Arnold, Kandis Carter, Darius Carter, Kaycee Carter, Kyle Carter and Tiffany Lynn Diggs; his great grandchildren, Karlie M. Arnold and Karter B. Arnold; and his brother Nathaniel Carter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
