He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Truehill and Elvira Truehill; and his siblings, Steven Truehill, Linda Truehill, Beatrice Woods, Gaynell Queen, Jean Evelyn Simoneaux, Vanessa Truehill and Catherine Holloway.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Truehill; his children, Dean (Dylphenna), Floyd, Jr., Harrison Truehill and Diamond Bell; and his siblings, Jacqueline Truehill, Harold Lloyd (Joyce), Issac and Cardell Truehill (Angelina). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 8:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Beautiful Zion Baptist Church (803 Franklin St, Napoleonville, LA 70390).
