He was predeceased by: his wife Ophelia Lacy; and his sisters, Angee Lacy and Lisa Boutain. He is survived by: his children, Dave Lacy, Jr., Eric Rogers, Rachel Converse (Ramon), Keryatti Lacy Hall (Rayshawn), Ericka Rogers-Sordelet (Joseph) and Monica Lacy-Bradford (Joseph); and his siblings, Pharris, Nelson Lacy and Celia Simoneaux-Turner. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
