He is survived by: his wife Marian Melancon; his daughters, Audrey, Aundrea Melancon and Jessica Sullivan; his stepson David Turner, Sr.; and his siblings, Roland Melancon and Joyce Hargrove. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
